Shipping policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
- Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there are any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items can’t be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases)
We also don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it and place a new order for the desired item.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your order, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
